A lovely 4 bhk villa, with a decent pool, kitchen and outdoor seating space. Rakesh ji who handles the property stays with you for any requirement. The best part about the villa is that it is newly renovated and it is so HYGIENIC. Every corner is clean and well decorated. The washrooms are also super clean. It was a very comfortable stay. Definitely recommended for a weekend stay or any outing with family or friends.

One of the best maintained reasonably priced resort in Kihim. Caretaker Rakesh is excellent, gives proper attention, proactive and single handedly have been maintaining this huge property. Kudos to him. Beach is hardly 2-3 minutes walk. Nearby food options are also there. Must visit this resort and experience the hospitality.Must say the resort has very positive vibes and very safe and secure even for all ladies trip.

Amazing stay ! The caretaker Rakesh ji was very polite and helped us with almost everything. He is very kind and hardworking. The villa is located on walking distance from kihim beach and is well maintained. The pool is a bit smaller but the hospitality by the caretaker was a top notch. Definitely recommend this for future visits.

We a family of 9 stayed from 26th December to 28th December. We had a great time and the villa is clean and beautiful. Thanks to Rakesh the caretaker who was ever ready to help at any hour. A soft spoken and always smiling person. He keeps the villa spick and span. The kitchen is clean and vessels he use to clean all well.
The villa has four rooms and beds big. Though the swimming pool is small but fun for family.
Rakesh even helped us with food where we could order.
There is even a sound system where u

This was an amazing villa for large group like families & friends. The location was perfect, you can easily reach the Kihim beach by 5 minutes walk. Additionally it has the in-house pool where you can soak yourself in the warmth of the sun & chill with some snacks & beer. We were 4 couples with 4 children, our kids enjoyed here too there was a lot of space for them to play around. It’s a 4 BHK villa with spacious hall, Kitchen & garden area. The property also offers the music system with Karaoke- for all the music lovers 😍😍.
Lastly I wanted to really appreciate the care taker- Mr. Rakesh who was very supportive & always ready to serve. Hats off to the owner & the care taker for maintaining this bful villa- A perfect gateway for 2 day trip.

This is a very cozy, clean and well maintained villa near Kihim. One can walk to the beach anytime. The villa has 4 rooms out of which 2 are big and 2 are little tight. Kitchen is available for use with all necessary cutlery.
Villa was very clean and fresh when we got it. The caretaker, Mr. Rakesh, does an amazing job and was always there to support us with small requests like getting food from nearby restaurants. Very polite and obliging man.
